  We had an office in the Clock Tower for a year. Never a missed payment, always on time. The following year we signed a new lease but unfortunately, we were confronted with a terminal illness just 3 months into our new office. We let them know we were closing our business due to this illness, we moved everything out of the office and made sure it was completely clean. We were extremely grateful to Boxer for their understanding until we found out we were turned in to a Collection Agency. There was no prior correspondence from Boxer Property, no attempts to resolve, very disgusted the way this was handled.
