  This payroll provider is awful... Every customer service rep tells you something different... They have no idea what you want them to do because they out source... Worst experience with customer Service I've ever had

  Worst outsourced HR company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I guess they're dirt cheap for the companies. When I was working for a company that used them, I was an employee that was supposed to get some level of priority. It still took them weeks to respond to my emails, including some fairly urgent HR concerns.
  
  Now I no longer work there, and it is impossible to get ahold of them to get my tax information! They never sent me the tax information to begin with. I thought I could access it online but since I no longer work for that company, no, I cannot. How can a company never send you the tax information? How are they still in business?
  
  Calling them and speaking to their representatives is one of the more painful experiences--nobody knows what they are doing, people give you incorrect answers about things such as your insurances, and, to add annoyance to injury, it is beyond difficult to understand the person you are speaking with (due to poor phone connections, accents, etc) on the off-chance the person might actually be even remotely helpful.
  
  I would never, ever hire them, no matter what discounts they throw at you. You get what you pay for, whatever dirt-cheap "deal" you get will cost you a lot down the line via frustrated employees who can't get their tax and benefits information, incompetent HR that will make borderline illegal (if not actually illegal) mistakes, delays, and blood pressure problems from the sheer incompetence.
