  The only reason they get one star is because I was forced too. I have been coming here for FIVE years. My last visit, they required me to pay my entire visit up front before running it through insurance. In five years that has NEVER been the case. I refused to pay it. They can bill me. I got the bill and it was less than they were going to charge me. I paid it immediately, like I always have done for five years. I called today to schedule my annual exam, which is free because it is preventative care. They told me if I needed to talk about anything else, it is $149 per discussion we have previously before your annual. So, they were telling me that if I wanted to discuss anything other than my annual, it is $149 per thing. My inhaler, which they only gave me a 6 month script for last year, which I've had for at least 10 years, I have to be charged $149 to have her call in the REST of the year script. They are crooks. DO NOT GO THERE. I am so sad because I loved my doctor.
