  Made an appointment to get my dog groomed earlier this week online and two hours before my appointment they decided to give my spot to a walk in and state they are over booked now, so i cant get my dog groomed any day today. Are you kidding me "Emily"? That is the rudest most unprofessional way to treat anyone. Ill be taking note of this experience.
