  My girlfriend and I moved to Denver, CO this past weekend and we got this hotel to have somewhere to stay while preparing our new apartment home. The room itself is okay, the bed is not too comfy, ALL the pillows are down (bird feathers) so if you like sleeping on dead birds, I guess this is the place for you.
  
  What really drops this hotel to a 1 star rating is the night manager, Thomas. At about 11pm, my girlfriend and I decided after a long day working on our apartment that getting in the hot tub would be nice and relaxing. Some other guests had just gotten out of the hot tub and we thought it would be no problem to go relax in it for a few minutes before bed. We go down and get into the hot tub. We have no alcohol. We aren't smoking any marijuana or being loud and obnoxious. We simply wanted to relax and destress. Lest we did not know Thomas would make this hot tub a "Hell Tub." He comes outside screaming at us to get out of the hot tub because apparently it closed at 10pm even though there were other guests in the hot tub well past 10pm. He verbally assaulted us by screaming and yelling at us. Though he gave no explanation and then just ran back inside, we decided to follow the rules and get out. Nevertheless, security then showed up to monitor our progress leaving as if we were some sort of criminal gang in the hot tub. The security guard was extremely threatening and treated us as if we were some sort of criminal rather than a paying customer. He verbally laughed at us when we asked why a security guard had been dispatched to monitor us. He was extremely threatening and rude to us and made us feel very uncomfortable. I realize there are policies that are enforced but the hot tub closing time seems like the last thing to pay attention to. I guess this is how Thomas feels good about himself after his night shift at the hotel. Thomas ruined this hotel experience for us.
  
  I have filed a formal complaint against him with the Hotel and will never stay in a Radisson again. I would advise you not stay here either. It was a demeaning, threatening, rude and unfair experience at this hotel. All in all, a Horrible hotel experience.
