  Let me jus start by saying I went to the TM store on Buckley & illiff & I left so irritated & mad. Later in the day I'm like there's got to be away so I went to Quincy & illiff an DES helped me out. Let me jus say I left very satisfied. That man knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable about the product, very respectful, also very patient! He knows how to multi task. He needs to be recognized for his amazing work. You guys have a great employee. Id love to have him on my team at my store. Thank him for me again. Because of him you'll always have me as a customer. Thanks
