  I was in over the weekend in a crunch to get a new phone. I was helped by Jenny her customer service was Impeccable. She took the time to Explain all the services that were available and the timeframes that it would take to get all my information switched over to a new phone. She was Knowledgeable, patient, friendly. I recommend you asked for her when you going in.

  When I originally bought my phone I had a good experience. However when the phone ended up not working out for me for multiple reasons the assistant manager lacked customer service and didn't care that I wasted gas driving all the way from another store because they told me there was no reason the store I bought the phone from shouldn't be able to waive the restocking fee. I have worked in sales and he could have been more considerate of the situation the company he works for put me in. Moral of the story, t-mobile associates arent so consistent with their word.
