  Manager here doesn't take care of her long term customers (10+years). I purchased a new phone from best buy and she changed the sim but not the serial number in the tmobile system. Nor did she inform me I was eligible for a new service plan.
  
  I came in for another question and the service rep set me up with a new plan that cut my bill from $120 to $60 a month.
  
  I had to file a claim on my new phone. My claim was denied as it doesn't match tmobiles records. Thanks for waisting my time.

  Feels like this Southalnds store took advantage of my elderly mother.
  Not explaining all the charges. The store calls it a Upgrade charge for a new phone...no plan change no changes at all. Just walked in the store an purchased an over priced phone. She said three store representatives tried to transfer her contacts from her old phone to the new one with NO success, so inçompetent and didn't explain the extra $20 charge... I begged her to please never again go to this location.Beware
