  worst appraisers. They are little cheaper than others but they are not good. this guy named Tony (Anthony G. Ridley)came to my home for appraisal for refinance and he would barely look at anything properly. I did my appraisal with another company 15 days ago without my main floor bathroom being remodeled. I remodeled the bathroom and was shopping for other lenders and they had this company for appraisal. their appraisal would come around 10K less than the other ones with every thing new on the main floor Bath. The previous company took the comparables around my home, but this guy comparables were distant apart. He said he had 20 years experience, which would be a rat A** if he cant do his job properly.I am sorry for him he could not find any other jobs and had to do the same thing for 20 years.The appraisal system is so screwed that the lender choose the appraisal company, they make us pay the fee and the report gets sent to the lender first. so I think they manipulate the report according to what the lender wants. if it were independent , how could remodelling depreciate home value in just less than month. The appraisal company do make their money upfront and dont care if the appraisal is done right or wrong.where is customer satisfaction in it?if i am not satisfied with it, there should be something to get my money back.This company sucks big times
