  I lived here for over 2 years and took great care of the place, my wife is a clean freak. Of the office crew, Christina was the best to deal with... she also was the only office staffer that had been there the whole time that we lived there. I had little dealings with the GM of the property but what I did have to deal with her, she was rarely kind, even when I asked to pick up a package - everyone else was cheerful to help you. When we left, our lease had run out and we defaulted to a month to month plan. When it came time to move, we gave the most notice that we could and we left the place looking very nice, in fact, when we did the final walk-through he gave me a 100% on the check list and even looked in the tough parts and made mention that the place was in such good shape that he may not choose to remodel the unit but market it as a "Classic" look unit. I even took a picture of the check list and left feeling like I should be getting my damage deposit back or at least breaking even because, even I, being a reasonable person, know that they usually will want to repaint the walls and clean the carpets, but he didn't feel that there should be any need for that even. A few weeks later, when opening an envelope from them, expecting to get a deposit refund or at the very least a "nice to know you, sorry that you're gone", I got a collection letter from them indicating that I now owed them over $2100. Before opening that letter, I could have given them at least 4 stars - not now!
