  Worst company ever. I ordered through Costco. Rude, basically refuse to contact you or deliver items that you paid for! I can see where it is on the tracking. I have made now 6 calls to Costco and this company. Absolutely the worst. They have a messaging system so no way to even speak with someone at the company. Costco managed to get me an agent in Houston-who promptly sent an email (lol) because the agent of the same company cannot reach this branch by telephone. I have also notice that my item is being billed at 183 pounds. It's 30 pounds. Customer service is dead.
