  I have purchased multiple items from this location including 2 sofas, a wine server and other random pieces of furniture. The staff is always nice and the delivery team is on time. One of the couches we purchased is a top grain leather sofa and being one of the more expensive options, we purchased the warranty coverage. Although the warranty servicing company (Great White Bottling) is a joke, Sofa Mart stepped up and repaired the broken frame. the delivery team picked it up thursday (3/9) and re-delivered 3/11! Looks great and happy it was repaired at no charge. We will purchase here again .....just not the additional warranty. Thank you!

  The front is full of trash!!! The whole front of this location is filled with trash. They are too cheap to get trash cans or hire a clean up crew. Its absolutely disgusting and makes the store trashy!!! Why would I buy something from your store when you can't even take pride in cleanliness. DISGUSTING AND TRASHY LOCATION!!!
