    My very first visit to Heritage Pets and our expectations were exceeded. I was greeted by Shannon, she gave me a complete overview of Heritage Pets and our she would groom Tam. Shannon did not just take him back and put him in a kennel, she spent time getting to know Tam. She even phoned me half way through the grooming to tell me how Tam was doing. When I picked Tam up she explained in detailed each step of the grooming process as well as how Tam responded.
