  If I could give 0 stars....I would. My husband and I renovated our house and had a new kitchen installed. We purchased our cabinets and countertop from IKEA Centennial. IKEA contracts ISI as their countertop installer (we didn't have a choice about this). ISI installed a new quartz countertop, way over-priced, that was scratched. They knew that it was scratched before they installed it but they were going to see if they could 'fix' the scratch, or find a new slab to install in it's place. However, they decided to install the scratched slab and now it is discolored where their 'fix' was. There are also several other discolorations from minor scratches all over the rest of the countertop. I emailed them as soon as I saw it and sent pictures of these areas. It has been over 4 months since the install and I have been trying to get them to 'fix' it again or replace the countertop. Crickets.......
  Trying to figure out my next move, but from these reviews, I'm not sure I will get anywhere. Since they are contracted through IKEA, hopefully IKEA will resolve this with a refund or a new countertop installed by someone else.
  It's disappointing when you pay for new/nice and you get damaged/unsatisfactory....
