  I cancelled then called to get another appointment, rep said she will schedule then let me know. 2 weeks later nothing. I wrote an email to get, 1. apology 2.another appointment; I got nothing, rep repeat saying they answer phones 24/7 and no apology. Since they only do time slots and not specific time, I will need to take time off no matter what, so there is NO difference in who makes the appointment. I started the email irritated because i don't want to talk to them, I finished angry.
  Dude, just say I am sorry and we don't take appointments via email, instead of repeat the same crap twice and piss people off.
