  After having near perfect credit, the bank has reported us for being late on something we were not aware of. I have not been contacted one time, not once. We were told that this would be no problem to help with and we should not worry. BRANDON is the branch manager who called today and was extremely rude and had zero empathy at all. He will not be helping us out. How do you pick and choose who you assist?
  
  We were told they assist other people all the time for the same issue and this would not be a problem. Brandon instead sarcastically said to me "How unusual" that I did not understand the account.
  
  DO NOT bank here unless you understand every detail. Do not rely on the person you are banking with to supply any of the correct information. This was a terrible experience and we will no longer do business here. Brandon should not be a manager if this is how you treat the customers.
