  I hate having to write a negative review (I don’t think I ever have before), especially because the stylist and her husband, who also worked in the salon, were very sweet. The salon itself was also nicer than I expected. But I am appalled at the service I received. I had an appointment, but there were a few people waiting as well (probably walk ins), so she obviously felt pressured to go fast. But for me, this is no excuse to half ass (not even half ass though... more like quarter ass) a service. She took me back for my cut at 5:47, and I was done at 5:56. Less than ten minutes (no exaggeration here) for a wash, cut, dry, and style. Wash took 3 minutes. Then she cut my hair for literally about 2 minutes. She only did a couple snips on the back, and none on the front or sides (where my hair was the most damaged and needed split ends to be cut the most). And she had me leave with completely wet hair. I literally still need a haircut now! This salon has potential, and I hope it does well, but please get more organized and value your customers’ time/money.
