  The technician was most pleasant. He even gave (we only paid $1 each) us a sample of Tide pods and Downy Fresh Protect. That was so nice of him. He was very helpful in letting us know exactly what had gone wrong with the washing machine. And, replaced the old part with the new one that he had in his truck lickety-split. He was friendly, efficient, professional and courteous. I don't expect that from many technicians. He was quite wonderful!!
