  Avoid South Suburban Electronics at all costs! This "Panasonic Authorized Repair Facility" is one man, working out of his garage. Repairs are done on his time but on Panasonic's cost-tables. What should have been a routine plasma repair, turned into 7 weeks of frustration with absolutely no communication from the South Suburban. Phone calls go un-returned. Status updates are non-existent. Worst of all, the proprietor tries to claim that he "tried calling you"..apparently not realizing that my cell phone doesn't lie and certainly doesn't have a single incoming call from him. The straw that broke my back with South Suburban was a last-minute attempt to over charge me by $182! Save yourself the headache and get your Panasonic repaired by some real professionals.
